Arrivals & Load-In
Enter through the 12' garage door on E 30th St for gear, set pieces, and vehicles. It opens directly into the main photo area, so load-in is short. Walk-in guests can use the front entrance.
- If you need the garage, text or call before your shoot: (216) 202-4936
- Loading carts are available on-site, no need to bring your own
Hours
Standard booking hours are 6am to 12am daily. Early morning or overnight sessions can be arranged with advance notice, just ask when you request your quote.
Parking
Free on-site parking is included with every booking. Additional street parking is available nearby for larger crews.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are currently confirmed through our Peerspace listing, where you'll see live availability and pay to hold your date. Rates run $99–150/hr with a 3 hour minimum; 8+ hour bookings get 10% off automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by our booking platform (Peerspace) and shown at checkout before you confirm. If you need to make a change, reach out as early as possible. We'll always try to work with you.

Booking time & overtime. Your booking time is when you'll be given access to the studio. Booking time includes setup, production, breakdown, and vacancy. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, paid directly to the studio or added to your platform booking.
Liability. You're responsible for leaving the space as you found it. If you break, misplace, or remove any item, you'll be charged for replacement. You're responsible for your own equipment and guests; we don't provide insurance for your production.
Moving furniture or items. Furniture or other items may be moved with permission from the site rep, and everything must be returned to its original location before you leave. Failure to comply could result in an additional cleaning fee.
First Booking Tips
Show up 10 to 15 minutes early on your first visit to get oriented. Someone will walk you through the space, the gear, and where everything lives. Bring a shot list or shoot plan if you have one, it helps us flag anything you might be missing ahead of time.
Wrap & Reset
Please break down set pieces, coil cables, and return any borrowed gear to where you found it. A $35 flat cleaning fee applies to every booking regardless, this is just about keeping turnover fast for the next crew.
